Friends of Chernobyl’s Children - Harvest 09
September 27, 2009 10:03 AM PDT
Friends of Chernobyl’s Children is a charity where once again we see the love of God for his people illustrated by His people. In the third of our discussions about direct action, our Vision and the Harvest, this is a recording of a presentation given to us on Sunday 27th Sept. FOCC bring kids impacted by the nuclear accident at the Chernobyl reactor to the UK and other countries in an effort to help them live a fuller and longer life. It is a fact that in the region where they live, life expectancy is 32 years.
This is a factual, funny and moving presentation. It shows us that direct action is what our Lord wants from us – not to talk about doing things, but to actually do them. Show His love – don’t talk about it. |
